The Society for American Wines

On Sunday, April 22, 2007, we spent "One Night in Bangkok". What a treasure of a Restaurant this is!

Our technical tasting was of Gewurtztraminer, just in time to go shopping for spring-time sipping! We all learned just a little more about that white German grape we call "gewurtz". The dinner wines were Gewurtraminer and Riesling, and there was much discussion about which went better with the food.

The dinner was fabulous! New flavours burst through our mouths, and made everyone plan to come back soon.
