On Sunday, November 9, 2008, members of the Winnipeg Chapter of the Society for American Wines were living it up at a technical tasting of Cabernet Sauvignon at Cafe Dario.

This sold-out event turned out to be one of The Best Ever!

Chef Dario Pineda Gutierrez calls his place "Creative Cooking in a Rustic Setting". SAW Members call it FABULOUS!

Only one person in the room (Marji) knew the order of the wines. All the rest of us tasted blind, even Ben. Ben was one of 3 of us in the room that guessed correctly. So read his recommendations with confidence!
